At this point, I would like to give my personal recommendation concerning Coral Calcium Products.
Let me begin by saying that I have been using Coral Calcium since 1999. I have Heart Dis-ease, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), and Arthritis. I believe that drinking Pure Coral Water is much more effective than just taking capsules. With Coral Water, you are drinking Coral Calcium all day, as well as drinking Pure Water The capsule form is not as absorbable. The Okinawans do not take capsules.
